Repair Centre Support
We will carry out a full diagnoses of your equipment and inform you of the cost of parts and labour before we go ahead with any expense.
Most equipment is diagnosed with 24 hours.
If parts are required Apple and all our other suppliers normally have the parts in stock and are delivered the following day.
The repair centre labour rates are £48.00 per hour.
Fault diagnoses is £48.00 if you don't go ahead with the repair.
On-Site Support
We can send and engineer to fix your equipment on site whether its hardware, software, network, internet or any other associated equipment.
An on-site call is £75.00 which includes the first half hour and then its £50.00 per hour.
